Detective Bedell, Los Angeles River

Last week I had the opportunity to shoot Brian Bedell, an actor here in Los Angeles. We came up with the concept of shooting a detective investigating the LA river for a suspect. We decided to yield a gun(airsoft toy gun) during the shoot and hope nobody noticed. I half expected a helicopter from the nearby LAPD helicopter base to fly over and notice a guy pretending to be a peace officer and put a end to our shoot(and maybe some jail time). Anything for the shot...., right? That would have been awful, but awesome at the same time to have a LAPD helicopter hovering in the background of these shots! That didn't happen so good for us and the lack of criminal records. Click on the photos below.
